I have a strong and demonstrated history of troubleshooting and problem resolution. I am tier 3 on call support for all video engineering operations. I have lead the resolution of many diaster recovery scenarios such as my intro into the DNCS engineering role. Please ask me about the night the dncs guy didn’t answer his phone at 2am so they called me “the new guy” to fix a 200,000 customer affecting outage.
